Welcome to our website. We have organised this community consultation to understand your views on proposals for new homes and open space on land west of Springwell Hill, Bletchingdon.
We will consider all the feedback received prior to submitting a planning application to Cherwell District Council. We will be submitting a ‘full’ planning application – including a specific layout for the development and specific designs for each home – and we intend to build the new homes ourselves if planning consent is granted.
